The Triangular ODI series between UAE, Ireland and Scotland is all set to commence today as UAE is taking on the Ireland. UAE will host the series under the leadership of their leading all-rounder, Rohan Mustafa. UAE is surely taking this series as a platform and preparation matches for the World Cricket Division II which will be held on Namibia in next month. The upcoming Division II will eventually draw the future of UAE so, they will surely try to fill all those room of improvement before its commencement. Four matches in this series- two matches respectively with Ireland and Scotland will give them all those change to polish off the rough edges of their side.
On other hand, Ireland must be taking this series as a preparation tour for the big task on their way, ICC World Cup Qualifier, which is to be held in Zimbabwe in the month of March this year. They should be on their form of life to bear the best performance and keep their hope alive against big side likes of Windies, Zimbabwe and Afghanistan.
