Nepal U19 cricket team squad for the ACC U19 Youth Asia Cup had been confirm yesterday, Sandeep Jora and Bikram Kumar Bhusal missed out while Jitendra Thakuri and Rasid Khan succeeded to make their place on final 15 for the very first time. The long run meeting of the selection committe which was headed by Binod Das (Head coach of Nepal U19 cricket team) and Venkatapathy Raju (ACC consultant, Nepal U19 cricket team) finally released the squad of the most awaited tournament, ACC U19 Youth Asia Cup 2017 where Asian cricketing giants India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Afghanistan, Malaysia and winner of ACC U19 Western level tournament along with Nepal will fight out for one significant trophy. Nepal’s recently released squad consists of three premium fast bowlers, four spinners, a wicketkeeper and rest of batsman . Newly added face Rasid Khan will surely add some ingenuity to Nepal fast bowling department. Nepal had book their place for this exciting tournament with a victory on ACC U19 Eastern Level Tournament 2017 which was helded in Malaysia. Nepal will travel to Bangladesh today (OCT 30) for the three Youth ODIs matches on November 2nd, 4th and 5th respectively. They will immediately fly back to Nepal on 6th of November. ACC U19 Youth Asia Cup is scheduled to be held in Malaysia from November 9th to November 20th on round robin method.
