Chennai Super Kings (CSK) contained Delhi Capitals (DC) in the power-play to begin a perfect start for CSK. Then, the real show of Shaw began in the Dubai Stadium. Once, Shaw got his timing hitting Chahar towards cover and began a flurry of boundaries.
He got the things moving with Shikhar Dhawan and CSK bowlers failed to continue their start in the power-play. It was Super Rabada once again who delivered against his countrymen Faf du Plessis and a strong CSK batting lineup.
CSK never got the partnerships going apart from Kedar and Faf but lack of boundaries did their undoing and that helped DC to register back to back win in the ongoing IPL in the UAE.
