Paras Khadka will lead Nepalese side while Jayasuriya will lead world XI. But some unconfirmed news pointed that current V.C Gyanendra Malla(Nepal) will lead the side with Khadka absent due to injury.

World XI team compose of various player from different part of the world. Fromer Sri-Lankan player and cricket legend Jayasuriya, who have scored 21,032 runs with 440 international wickets will be a point of attraction.
From Bangladesh
Similarly, former Bangladeshi captain Aminul Islam(13 tests, 39 ODIs) will also be playing from world XI along with other 2 Bangladeshi mates

Former wicketkeeper batsman Rashid Latif(37 tests, 166 ODIs) will be keeping world XI

Steve O’Keefe who have played one ODI against Pakistan will paly for World XI along with his team mate Marcus Stoinis who is a current member of Delhi Daredevils

Venugopal Rao form India A will represent India form world XI
This match is organised by Malaysian Cricket Association (MCA), the collected funds will go for the recovery and rebuilding of Nepal where massive Earthquake struck on April 25,2015 that devastated the whole nation
